We are entirely customer focused and want your ordering experience with us to be as smooth as possible. If you have any queries at all please do not hesitate to contact us


Receiving your order confirmation

Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email from us.

You will receive another email on the date your order is dispatched to say your parcel is on it's way to you or your recipient.

Processing your order

Orders are usually processed & dispatched between 1-3 working days.

Please be aware personalised products will take between 1-4 working days & at busy times longer.

Shipping your order

We ship by Royal Mail Service.

If you would like next day delivery or to be able to track you delivery, please choose this option in the checkout.

Due to the recent Royal Mail strikes deliveries may take longer. We are afraid when the parcel leaves us it is in the hands on the courier service, however if your parcel has not arrived please contact us and we will do all we can to help.

Delivery Costs

We currently only ship within the UK.

If your total order is over £50, we will send your parcel 1st class Royal Mail post, Free Of Charge- ( This is automatically applied at checkout)

Please note

All shipping costs for your order will be calculated at the till point before you checkout.


About Our Returns

We are a small business and a high number of returns can be costly. If you would be happy to consider an exchange or credit note rather than a refund for an item you dont want to keep then contact us and we can assist in this happily.

However, if you do need to return an item please see below.

How do I return an item

If you do need to return an item that you do not want, please email us with your order number & details. ( Please note returns will not be accepted if we do not receive an email prior to a return.

  • Items must be returned in the condition they were sent with all labels attached.
  • Items of clothing should be unworn with labels attached
  • Items must be sent back within 14 days of purchase.
  • Please send back via Royal Mail & retain proof of postage until your return is complete.
  • Personalised items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
  • Due to reasons of hygeine earrings cannot be refunded/exchanged unless faulty.
  • Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Faulty Items

We endeavour to check each item carefully before shipping and aim to make every order perfect, but if that is not the case and you receive a faulty item please get in touch with your order number, description of the problem & any photographs if required. We will try and fix the problem as quickly as possible.

We will then arrange for you to return the item/s back to ourselves free of charge.

Cost Of Returns

Unfortunately we cannot cover the cost of returns ( Unless Faulty)

Please make sure you keep proof of postage until your return has been processed & your payment refunded.
