Your Questions Answered

Dispatch & Shipping

  • Once you have place your order you will receive a confirmation email from us.
  • You will receive another email to say your parcel has been dispatched and is on it's way.
  • We currently only ship within the United Kingdom.
  • Orders are sent 2nd class standard Royal Mail Delivery- £3.49
  • 1st Class upgrade is available at the checkout £5.50
  • Free shipping on orders £40 & over
  • Dispatch will take between 2-4 days on ready to go items, but please allow 4-7 days for personalised items as these are made to order. ( Please note at busy periods this might take longer, in the event of this, it will be clearly stated on the product page before you decide to order.

Returns & Refunds

If you do need to return an item that you do not want, please email us with your order number & details. ( Please note returns will not be accepted if we do not receive an email prior to a return.

  • Items must be returned in the condition they were sent with all labels attached.
  • Items of clothing should be unworn with labels attached
  • Items must be sent back within 14 days of purchase.
  • Please send back via Royal Mail & retain proof of postage until your return is complete.
  • Personalised items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
  • Due to reasons of hygeine earrings cannot be refunded/exchanged unless faulty.
  • Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Unfortunately we cannot cover the cost of returns ( unless faulty) Please retain your proof of postage until the return has been processed and your payment refunded.

Faulty Items

We endeavour to check each item carefully before shipping and aim to make every order perfect, but if that is not the case and you receive a faulty item please get in touch with your order number, description of the problem & any photographs if required. We will try and fix the problem as quickly as possible.

We will then arrange for you to return the item/s back to ourselves free of charge.

Local Collection (Mildenhall, Suffolk)

If you are a customer in the local Mildenhall area, Suffolk and would like to collect your parcel Free of delivery charge. Please email our office before you place your order to arrange a time for your collection.

Sending Straight To The Recipient

If you like to send a parcel straight to the recipient simply add their name & address at the checkout in the delivery information.

Cost Of Returns

Unfortunately we cannot cover the cost of returns ( Unless Faulty)

Please make sure you keep proof of postage until your return has been processed & your payment refunded.

How do I personalise a product?

We offer personalisation on many of our products.

If an item can be personalised this will be stated on the product page, where you can fill in the required text in the box

Please ensure all names and information are spelt correctly.

If you realise a mistake has been made please contact us within at least 24 hours of order
