Keep your Gladys & George jewellery fresh & clean by the following top tips;

Avoid wearing your jewellery while showering or swimming in chlorined water.

Make sure you keep jewellery away from perfumes,hairspray,antibactical gels & sunscreen. This will avoid tarnishing & any potential discolouration.

When not wearing keep your jewellery safe in your G&G cotton pouch and out of direct sunlight.

We aim to dispatch all orders within -3 working days, however some products at busy times may take slighter longer ( An email will be sent to you if this occurs)

If you selected our tracked service You will recieve a tracking code once your order has been fulfilled.

Returns & Exchanges

We do hope you love your Gladys & George jewellery as much as we do, however if there is a problem please contact us

Due to hygiene, we are unable to accept any return on earrings unless faulty. Our products are packed by hand to ensure we offer a high quality of service prior to posting. Should your items arrive damaged please notify us within 24 hours & include photos so we can arrange a return & replace items for you if applicable.

For all other items, we offer a refund or exchange policy for unworn items that are returned with 28 days of your original purchase.

To be eligible for a return yor item must be returned in the same condition that you received it,unworn & unused in its original packaging.

Returns shipping is not included, unless an item is faulty and is the responsibility of the customer.

Items sent back to us without a valid confirmation of return email from us will not be accepted.
