RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We hope you love your Gladys & George purchase as much as we do.

If for any reason you wish to Return/Exchange an item, you can do this within 14 days of purchase.

Simply fill in the enclosed return form that is tucked in your parcel

Just a few boring bits we have to go over...

Returned/Exchanged item/ items must be unused and returned within 14 days of purchase

 All items are inspected upon return to ensure they are in an unused condition/ resalable condition.

*Please be aware for hygiene purposes earrings are non refundable unless faulty.

* Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged

Unfortunately we cannot cover the cost of return postage.

The goods are the buyer's responsibility until they reach our office, so please make sure they are suitably packed so they are not damaged on their journey to us.

Please ensure you keep proof of postage until your return has been processed and your payment refunded.

(We find Royal Mail 1st Class to be a reliable service to use)

All products should include tags and packaging to ensure a full refund.

Once the item/items have been returned to us in a satisfactory condition, we will send you confirmation that your refund has been processed.

In the unlikely event that an item/items have been returned in an unsatisfactory condition ,we will not issue a refund /exchange and your item will be sent back to you.

This does not affect your statutory rights
